[TESA] OAKS Online/TESA Update

Improvements on the Test Development Server have been made to give
better functionality in all four secure browsers:  Windows, Linux, Mac
9, and Mac X.  American Institutes for Research is evaluating the
systems functionality, and plans to release to ODE for further
functional testing on Wednesday, October 3rd.   ODE will send an update
to District Test Coordinators by the end of the day on Thursday, October
4th.  The message will also be posted on the web at
www.ode.state.or.us/go/asmtadmin.
