[OBCE_Publication] CAs and Massage - Short Survey (and CE!)

Hello Doctor,

The OBCE is requesting your input on use of CAs in your practice for massage and/or manual therapy. This is a very brief survey (five questions) and your input is greatly appreciated. You will be able to access the survey only once so please view it when you have time.  Also the Board will credit you one (1) hour CE for your participation.
