(1) Mindfulness, the Body and Love: the Ground of Experiential Therapy
(April 10-11, 2010)

This introductory workshop will offer therapists, counselors and
graduate students training in the use of mindfulness to support safe,
brief, deep psychotherapeutic work. It will frame the need for
lovingness within a therapeutic container and share how to integrate
interpersonal neurobiology into the therapy context. Finally, it will
present unique techniques to engage and explore bodily and emotional
experience. Taught by Donna Roy, LPC, CHT. Tuition: $125 ($95 for
graduate students). NBCC CEUs available. Serves as prerequisite for all

(2) M.E.T.A. and Hakomi Somatic and Experiential Psychology Professional
Skills Module (May 21- 23, June 18-20 , July 23-25, Sept. 24-26 , Oct.
22-24, Nov. 19-21, 2010)

This module begins with the M.E.T.A. (Mindful Experiential Therapy
Approaches) concept of integrating diverse mindful and experiential
therapy approaches. The module then offers an immersion course in the
Hakomi Method of Body-Centered Psychotherapy, with exposure to Hakomi
Principles, and practice in the unique intervention strategies which
follow from them. Tuition: $2400. NBCC CEUs available. Taught by Senior
Hakomi Trainer and M.E.T.A. founder, Jon Eisman, and certified Hakomi

(3) Interpersonal Skills for Life and Work (IST) (June 11-13, July
16-18, Sep 10-12, Oct 8-10, Nov 12-14, Dec 3-5, 2010)

This 6-month training is designed to enhance personal awareness and
empowerment, relational communication and interpersonal facilitation
skills. The curriculum emphasizes the Hakomi Method and the Re-Creation
of the Self (R-CS) Module of Human Systems. Focusing on mindful
awareness, core qualities and bodily expression, each person will
explore their own inner habits, biases, resources, and abilities. The
training is geared toward people who work closely with other people;
people who have worked on themselves and are ready for their next level
of personal change; and/or people who are transitioning into a helping
