HB 2054  FIRST PUBLIC HEARING - Authorizes Department of Human Services
and Oregon Health Authority to delay annual renewal of health care
facility license until compliance is certified following on-site
inspection.	
 	 
HB 2065 FIRST PUBLIC HEARING - Modifies definitions and other provisions
relating to regulation of licensed professional counselors and marriage
and family therapists.	

HB 2217 FIRST PUBLIC HEARING - Provides that punitive damages may not be
awarded against licensed professional counselor or licensed marriage and
family therapist if counselor or therapist was acting within scope of
practice.	
 	 
HJM 4 FIRST PUBLIC HEARING - Urges Congress to mandate limit on mental
health care caseloads.
