Requires Health Authority to collaborate with boards to define "cultural competency," develop list of approved continuing education opportunities, and provide list to boards on or before January 1, 2013. Declares emergency, effective on passage. SB 225 permits legislative committee considering proposals to modify scope of practice of licensed health care professions to request that Oregon Health Authority convene scope of practice review panel to make recommendations to Legislative Assembly on proposal.
