Presenter:  J. Stuart Ablon, Ph.D., is Director of Think:Kids in the Department of Psychiatry at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) where he specializes in the treatment of explosive, inflexible and easily frustrated children, adolescents and their families. Cost:   $230.00 per person covers the training, three continental breakfasts, two lunches and two afternoon snacks. Due to the volume of students at DPSST, the cafeteria will not be available to conference attendees.



Registration: By phone, fax, email or mail through the Oregon Youth Authority Training Academy.



NOTE: Your registration will not be confirmed until your payment has been received. Payments must be received no later than April 9, 2013. After that date, unpaid registrations will be released to the waiting list.




Payment: OYA Training accepts Credit Cards, Agency PO or check.



Credit Card Payments: Call OYA Training @ 503-378-3787. Once your payment has been processed, send a completed copy of the registration form to OYA Training. Contact information is located at the bottom of the registration form.



Purchase Order: Fill out the registration form for the primary contact and add the names of all other attendees in the attendee names section. Attach the PO and mail to OYA Training, 4190 Aumsville Hwy, SE, Salem, OR 97317.



Personal, Agency or Company Checks: Follow the same procedure as a Purchase Order. Checks should be made out to Oregon Youth Authority.



Parking: Due to limited space, carpooling is encouraged.





Continuing Education Credits

The Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This offering meets the criteria for 16 Continuing Education (CE) credit(s) for psychologists. CE credits have been applied for and are pending for Social Workers, LPC's and LMFT's.
