The Power of Play and the Expressive Arts: Increasing Attachment in Families
Join us at Lewis & Clark as we welcome Dr. Eric Green for a two-day workshop on the power of using play and expressive arts in therapeutic work with children, adults, and families.
Participants will learn specific expressive arts and play therapy interventions and gain an understanding of the research supporting their use.
Workshop content is appropriate for both beginning and seasoned clinicians and is designed to benefit play therapists, counselors and child-based clinicians seeking to integrate play therapy interventions, graduate students in child and adolescent mental health programs, marriage and family therapists, and social workers who specialize with children and families.
Dates: Friday-Saturday, January 24-25, 2014
Time: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Location: Lewis & Clark College, Portland, OR
Presenter: Eric Green, Ph.D., LPC-S, RPT-S
Cost: $225 by December 19, $250 after, includes 12 CEUs. $80 for students. CEUs are APT-approved.
