[OBPEeNews] New Notice of Proposed Rule

[OBPE updates]

Oregon law requires that all proposed rules be sent by the Board to certain parties.  Please note these are primarily housekeeping changes and the only substantive change is increasing Board members' meeting per diem from $30.00 to $50.00 per Board meeting.  The Notice is attached.
