You are receiving this notice because you are either a current
licensee, an applicant for licensure, or are a member of our mailing
list.  The notice of proposed rulemaking is attached.
 
Rule Caption: Changes educational and residency requirements for
licensure; adds applied psychologist licensure track; corrections and
updates.
 
OBPE requests public comment on whether the options should be
considered for achieving the rule’s substantive goals while reducing
negative economic impact of the rule on business.  The deadline for
public comment is September 22, 2011 by the close of business.  Comments
may be submitted by email or mail.
 
A document containing the notice of proposed rulemaking along with the
full text of the proposed rule changes (shown in red; additions
underlined, subtractions with strikethrough) is available on the Board's
website at www.obpe.state.or.us under "News You Can Use."
