[OBPEeNews] Clarification on CE Due

[OBPE updates]

There have been questions from even-numbered licensees that will be renewing for their 2-yr license in 2011.  There is no CE to be reported this year.  You will be due to report 50 CE in your birth month of 2013.  Any CE's taken from 1/1/2011 to your birth month 2011 can be counted towards your 2013 reporting.
