RULEMAKING NOTICE

Please find attached a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Statement of Need and Fiscal Impact.
      Rule Caption: Resident client progress notes.
      Rule Summary: The proposed amendment removes the requirement that post-degree supervisors must countersign residents' client progress notes.
      The agency requests public comment on whether the options should be considered for achieving the rule's substantive goals while reducing negative economic impact of the rule on business.  Please email your comments to laree.felton at state.or.us<mailto:laree.felton at state.or.us> or mail them to the Board's office at 3218 Pringle Road SE, Ste. 130, Salem, OR 97302.  All comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on 2/28/14.

Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

The survey is short and anonymous (unless you choose to identify yourself).  It helps the Board to understand what we are doing well and any areas that may need improvement.  If you can think of any specific suggestions or feedback that may be helpful, please provide this info at the end of the survey.

We take your feedback seriously!  Comments in the past have led to numerous improvements for the benefit of our stakeholders.  Examples include a greater availability of information on the website, the increase in jurisprudence exam from twice a year to once a month, the applicant tracking login feature, and the supervisor registry.
