Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
We would appreciate if you could take a moment to complete the Board of Psychologist Examiners' 2014 customer satisfaction survey:

The survey is short and anonymous (unless you choose to identify yourself). It helps the Board to understand what we are doing well and any areas that may need improvement. If you can think of any specific suggestions or feedback that may be helpful, please provide this info at the end of the survey.
We take your feedback seriously! Comments in the past have led to numerous improvements for the benefit of our stakeholders. Examples include a greater availability of information on the website, the increase in jurisprudence exam from twice a year to once a month, the applicant tracking login feature, and the supervisor registry.
