RULEMAKING NOTICE
Please find attached a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Statement of Need and Fiscal Impact for the following proposed rulemaking.
Rule Caption: Continuing education qualifying programs.
Rule Summary: The proposed rule amendment will allow licensed psychologists and psychologist associates to count a limited amount of reading books towards their continuing education requirements. It also clarifies required evidence of completion.
Public Comments: The agency requests public comment on whether the options should be considered for achieving the rule's substantive goals while reducing negative economic impact of the rule on business. Please email your comments to laree.felton at state.or.us<mailto:laree.felton at state.or.us> or mail them to the Board's office at 3218 Pringle Road SE, Ste. 130, Salem, OR 97302. All comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 22, 2016.
