BOARD RULEMAKING NOTICE

Please find attached the following Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Hearing and Statement of Need and Fiscal Impact from the Board of Psychologist Examiners.
Rule Caption: Licensing fee increases.
Rule Summary: The proposed amendment increases licensure-related fees for psychologist and psychologist associate licensees and applicants.  The fees would become effective January 1, 2018.
The agency requests public comment on whether the options should be considered for achieving the rule's substantive goals while reducing negative economic impact of the rule on business.  Please email your comments to laree.felton at state.or.us<mailto:laree.felton at state.or.us> or mail them to the Board's office at 3218 Pringle Road SE, Ste. 130, Salem, OR 97302.  All comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 24, 2017.

Oregon Health Authority Rulemaking Notice:

On July 28, 2017, the Board sent out a rulemaking notice on behalf of the Oregon Health Authority, Health Policy and Analytics relating to Healthcare Practitioner Credentialing, Telemedicine and Physician Credentialing.  The proposed rule changes and notice can be accessed at the following link:
