[ODE-IT] Paper/Pencil Winter Math Problem Solving and Writing Test Records

Field Information:

Test records for Paper/Pencil winter Math Problem Solving and Writing
are now posted in the ODE Student Staging System and available to
Districts will be able to download and/or review records on-line.   

Note that a change was made in the values of PADM download format field
for these two subjects to the Performance levels in order to be
consistent with the other subjects.  The values of the field "Five-Level
Performance (for grade of enrollment)" were changed from V,L,N,M,E,O to
0,1,2,3,4,5.  The PADM format documents on the ODE district web site
have been updated to reflect the change.

The Assessment Office has established May 28th as the date for
Paper/Pencil Knowledge and Skills spring tests (Math, Science, Social
Science, Reading) to be posted to the Student Staging System.    

Reminder:
As records are loaded into Student Staging they go through a series of
edits and records not passing edits are posted as errors and must be
fixed before they will be successfully posted and available to be
downloaded in the PADM format for posting to district score books.
Please check and correct errors first before downloading.
