[ODE-IT] FW: Quarterly IT Managers Meeting/KIDS Facilitation

The next Quarterly IT managers meeting will be held Friday July 8, 2005
at Willamette ESD (Willamette Room) in Salem, Oregon from 8:30 until 4
PM.   

You may have had the meeting listed on your calendars for July 15, 2005
and we apologize if that was the case.    

 

On May 23, 2005, a KIDS survey facilitation session was announced for
June 23, 2005 at Willamette ESD (Willamette Room) in Salem, Oregon.
Based on feedback from districts and the conflict with other events,
that session has been cancelled and rescheduled to coincide with the
Quarterly IT managers meeting on July 8, 2005.  A good part of the
meeting will be taken up with the facilitation session lead by the
project consultants. An agenda for the facilitation meeting can be found
at the following web site along with some other documents about the
project.

KIDS Survey Submissions:  We received surveys from most of the districts
who indicated that they would participate in the survey but still have a
few that we have not yet received.  In addition, we received a number of
surveys from districts that did not give us an indication of what they
intended to do.  If you are still intending on submitting a survey
please let us know.     

 

If you will be able to make the July 8th meeting, please let us know so
we can have sandwich lunches (on ODE) available for the noon break.  Let
us know the type of sandwich you would like.  Options are ham, turkey,
roast beef, or veggie.  For those who might want to participate by V-tel
you will need to contact WESD to see if arrangements can be made.
