[ODE-IT] FW: January 29, 2009 Data Collection Committee Meeting

The next meeting of the Data Collection Committee is January 29, 2009 at Willamette ESD in Salem in the Willamette Room.  The meeting starts at 9 AM and may run a few minutes past noon.

At this meeting we will identify/review/discuss data collections we will ask districts to collect and submit data to us for school year 2008-2009.  We expect each data owner to be at the meeting and If not able to make it, have someone there who is familiar enough with the collection to answer any content questions.  Data owners will be introduced as their collection is discussed and may have comments or take questions from attendees.  Agenda item documents will be available on a table inside the meeting room door.  Data owners may have handouts and we have asked them to put them on the same table several minutes in advance of the meeting for attendees to pick up as they enter the room.

Documents that will be discussed at the meeting will be posted yet today to the Data Collection Committee web site or will be posted late the afternoon of January 28th.  The link to the documents follows along with the documents we intend to post.
