[ODE-IT] Districts Should Delay 2010-11 Student SSID System Updates

Districts should delay 2010-11 student SSID system updates until after August 20 at 12:01 AM.

This delay will allow District Test Coordinators to implement remaining 2009-10 SSID merges and continue to validate and correct 2009-10 test records that have already been loaded into Student Staging.  It will also allow ODE to load the remaining 2009-10 writing assessments into Student Centered Staging with the correct 2009-10 enrolled grade.  If districts submit updates for the 2010-11 school year, districts may have to resolve additional errored records.
