[ODFWMarineReserves] Marine reserves: Draft program work plan - for public comment

[ODFW MarineReserves]

ODFW's Marine Reserves Program is seeking public comment on their Draft
Program Work Plan. Development of the work plan is required by SB 1510,
passed by the 2012 Oregon Legislature. The work plan outlines the major
actions, tasks and timelines to be carried out by ODFW for Oregon's five
marine reserve sites between 2012 and 2023. A copy of the draft plan is
attached and is also available on the Oregon Marine Reserves website.
