Per Mark Dostal - Due to the amount of interest in the Salem Classes
reaching their limits and the Feb 12 Roseburg Class getting close to its
limit an option of attending Roseburg on February 13 has been added.  To
be clear - Feb 12 or Feb 13 are available in Roseburg.
