Updated Link: Proposed Changes & Additions to BDDM April 2009

Good Morning,

The message concerning the BDDM Updates sent out yesterday had a link
that is no longer active. We've corrected the mistake and the attached
PDF now has a working link. Sorry for the mix up!

The attached PDF concerns changes and additions to the ODOT Bridge
Design & Drafting Manual (BDDM). There is a letter explaining the
process and a list of proposed changes. Please send any feedback you may
