Drainage Marker Tech Bulletin - Notice of Approval

A new tech bulletin describing standards for installing drainage paddles
and pavement markers for culverts has been approved. 

The intent of this tech bulletin is to set standards for all future
installations of drainage markers for culverts. Installing drainage
markers is NOT mandatory and there is NO expectation that existing
drainage markers are required to immediately be removed and replaced. It
is hoped new markers will be installed as new STIP projects are able to
include this work within their scope and budget. There is currently no
separate funding source for installing drainage markers.

A separate effort is underway to develop signing standards for Storm
Water Facilities (SW) and Special Management Areas (SMA's).
