TRAINING OPPORTUNITY: BRIDGE SAFETY INSPECTION TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

ODOT has scheduled National Highway Institute's Bridge Safety Inspection
Training And Certification Program for January 25, 2010 through February
5, 2010. This course provides for certification of Bridge Safety
Inspectors. It imparts basic knowledge and skills necessary to
accurately report on bridges for statewide uniformity of inspection.
Participants are trained to inventory and inspect bridges in accordance
with the requirements of the National Bridge Inspection Standards.
