TRAINING OPPORTUNITY: CERTIFIED DRILLED SHAFT FOUNDATION INSPECTION (CDSI)

ODOT has scheduled one training session of "Certified Drilled Shaft
Foundation Inspection (CDSI)." The goal of the course is to provide
drilled shaft foundation inspectors with practical knowledge and
standard industry practices for the inspection of drilled shaft
foundation construction. This course is designed to be of most benefit
to foundation inspectors, who are responsible for or involved in
providing inspection of drilled shafts during construction.
The course provides a basis for qualification of drilled shaft
foundation inspectors through successfully passing an exam. A two-hour
exam will be administered on the third day of the course. After
successful completion of the course and the associated exam, the
participant will be certified as a Drilled Shaft Inspector. The
certification is good for 5 years.
