March ACEC/ODOT Region 2 Brown Bag Session: Contracting for Professional Services

All ODOT and ACEC project delivery staff,

On behalf of ODOT Region 2 and our ACEC partners, we welcome your
attendance at the ACEC/ODOT R2 Brown Bag Lunch Session from noon until
1:00PM on March 9th. 

If you plan to work with a client or consultant and will be involved
with writing or needing to understanding contracts for professional
services, you will find this presentation relevant to your work. Both
parties (clients and consultants) need to be aware of the professional
liability issues inherent to project delivery work and how liability
claims can be minimized.
