FAPD: ENVIRONMENTAL PROCESSES FOR LOCAL AGENCIES-CANCELLED

FAPD:  Environmental Processes For Local Agencies training has been canceled due to unavoidable conflicts.  In the meantime, and to keep you informed of the most recent developments within ODOT relating to the Local Program and Environmental Processes for all Federal-aid Highway Projects, see below for a list of current initiatives planned to be implemented this year.  We will send alerts to you periodically as these and other helpful tools become available from now until next year's training:

*	A clearly defined Triggers list 
*	Compilation of Issues from regulatory agencies and how to resolve and avoid them 
*	A clearly defined process, or 'desk procedures', incorporated into the LAG Manual for How to Work with ODOT for Environmental Processes 
*	On-Site Trainings offered at your location, and upon your request (details pending)

As a special offer, and to thank you for your interest in this training (those who have already signed up and those who were still thinking about it), we are accepting requests now for our staff to come to your offices to discuss and/or present our current tool-box relating to all the environmental processes and permits required for your Federal-aid Highway funded project.  Expert environmental ODOT staff are waiting to hear from you!
