New Mailbox for Measurement & Payment Specification Review

We have created a new email address for you to send your requests for a review of Measurement and Payment Specifications.  Beginning today please send any Professional of Record (POR) requests for Measurement and Payment Specification review and concurrence (prior to award) to this new address.  Submittals for POR Specification reviews for Change Orders (after award) will remain unchanged at this time.  Please share this with any consultants that may be assisting with Specifications in Project Delivery.

We have created this email address to be more timely in our responses, to assist with this please include the following in your request:
*       When you need the response.
      * What Specification Sections you are requesting we review.
      * When possible, what changes you have made to the Boiler Plate Special Provisions.

Our goal is to provide a response within the time requested.  If I am unavailable, someone else in our office will respond.
