Technical Guidance Bulletins: Project-specific Special Provisions (TSB12-01(B)) and Approval of Specification Modifications (TSB13-01(B))

ODOT Technical Services Technical Guidance website has been updated with the following guidance documents:
TSB12-01(B) has been revised to include information about the process to approve modification of a technical specification.  This revision was effective on May 7th.
TSB13-01(B) is a new bulletin that provides clarification concerning Department of Justice review and approval of modifications to Standard Specifications and Boilerplate Special Provisions.  This bulletin was effective on May 7th.
