ODOT TECHNICAL GUIDANCE: New Right of Way Bulletin on Advanced Aquisition

The ODOT Technical Services Technical Guidance website has been updated with a new bulletin on "Advanced Acquisition of Right of Way - State Funds" (RW09-04(B)).  The purpose of this bulletin is to establish mandatory guidance through requirements, procedures and guidelines for the advanced acquisition of real property needed for transportation projects using state funds that are subsequently reimbursed with federal funds for all acquisition costs incurred.
