ODOT is sponsoring National Highway Institute's "Engaging the Private Sector in Freight Planning."  This workshop is scheduled for November 16th from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Salem.
This one-day workshop provides techniques and strategies to help practitioners establish and strengthen relationships with the private sector.  It is designed for practitioners addressing freight issues at metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), State departments of transportation, local governments, and economic development agencies.
