Technical Bulletin RD13-03(B) for ODOT 3D Design

A new ODOT Technical Bulletin RD13-03(B) is out on the web.  This new Technical Bulletin addresses the requirements for 3D design packages for PS&E for ODOT projects.  The bulletin is effective on December 31, 2013.  The information will be listed in the Highway Design Manual under Chapter 16 and Appendix M & N.
