ORPIN Public Notice Announcement

This is to inform you that ODOT will be publishing an A&E full-service solicitation for three federally funded projects to be delivered under one contract:

*       Key #18807 OR99W: SW Beef Bend Rd - SW Durham Rd Sec. (also known as King City Sidewalk)
*       Key #18838 OR99W Corridor Safety and Access to Transit
*       Key #19267 SW Hall Blvd ADA Ramps: SW Scholls Ferry Rd - SW Hemlock St. STA

The Project's scope of work consists of installing new sidewalk, retrofitting existing sidewalk, installing enhanced pedestrian crossings, ADA ramp retrofit, installing a retaining wall, and transit signal priority. The scope of services consists of survey, utility coordination, mobility coordination, hazardous materials management, public outreach and all associated traffic control and construction staging needed to complete the work.  The project's final plans, specification and estimate (PS&E) delivery target date varies by project with the earliest being November 2017 for Key #19267.

An ODOT Construction Office Project Manager is expected to perform contract administration of the construction phase for the project.

ODOT intends to publish the solicitation no earlier than the week of April 18th, 2016.
