This is a two week course that starts on June 6 and goes through June 17. This course provides for certification of Bridge Safety Inspectors. It imparts basic knowledge and skills necessary to accurately report on bridges for statewide uniformity of inspection. Participants are trained to inventory and inspect bridges in accordance with the requirements of the National Bridge Inspection Standards. These courses are available through the National Highway Institute web site.
