ODOT has scheduled three APM Chapter 11 Uninterrupted Flow Segment and Facility Analysis Workshops:  November 7th in Salem;  November 21st in Bend;  and December 10th in Portland.  The workshop covers new facility and segment uninterrupted flow analysis procedures for ODOT plans and projects, based on update of Chapter 11 of the Analysis Procedures Manual (APM).
