This survey is intended for all ODOT, consultant, and Certified LPA project managers who manage A&E services contracts for partially and/or fully-outsourced transportation projects on the STIP. We need to assess the use of various Statement of Work (SOW) full-service and discipline-specific task language templates currently posted to ODOT's website in order to gain a more complete understanding of where and how we should focus our attention on improving our guidance to help you better define your contract deliverables.
