We now have two new versions of the Member Enrollment Form available online. Our regular enrollment form has been revised to better follow the flow of data entry in the MyOEBB system and can be found on the Member Forms page: http://www.oregon.gov/OHA/OEBB/forms.shtml We have also created a customizable version in Word format that should allow you to easily remove sections of the form that don't apply to your entity. This can be found on the Entity Forms page: http://www.oregon.gov/OHA/OEBB/entity/eeForms.shtml If you haven't participated in the BIE meetings yet, we invite you to join us next Thursday, January 26th at 2pm. We had representatives from around 10 different school districts, ESDs and community colleges participate in today's meeting. It was exciting to hear of the good things that are already happening in many of the entities in the area of promoting and supporting the health and wellness of employees, as well as all of the interest in starting or enhancing wellness programs and activities. We hope the participation in the group will grow to include at least one representative from each of our participating entities and we will continue to post information about participation in this group on our website. I would also like to share some more exciting information in the area of wellness. Following is a message from OEA Choice Trust announcing the 2012 Oregon School Employee Wellness Education Conference to be held March 25 - 27.
