A public hearing on these rules will be held on November 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the OEBB Boardroom at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, Oregon. You can also provide written comments. Written comments can be emailed to April Kelly at april.kelly at state.or.us or mailed in hard copy to: April Kelly, Oregon Educators Benefit Board, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Suite B, Salem, OR 97301. All public comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 30th to be considered during the rulemaking process.
