On the third Thursday of every month (excluding August and September) from 2 - 4 pm, OEBB hosts a webinar/meeting where we share what's going on at OEBB, answer your questions and invite your feedback. Typical agenda items include a summary of that month's Board meeting, updates on system changes, advance notice of upcoming OEBB communications, report demonstrations, and anything else that may be happening that month. Date: Tue, 26 Jun 2012 15:39:48 +0000 Subject: [OEBBpremiumcontact] July Invoice reminder Message-ID: Good morning, OEBB will be producing and distributing your July 2012 Excel Invoice Reports this Saturday night, June 30th. You will find them in your Document Management section in MyOEBB the following Monday morning July 2nd. We will send you the Monthly Billing Statement on Monday, July 2nd that will include the amount due for your July benefits, EAP Premiums, as well as any retroactive adjustments made in June. Jody Bowyer will distribute your Retroactive Adjustment Report at the member level so you'll have the detail supporting the amounts due. This "Retroactive Report" will be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB. If you do not agree with the amount billed please contact her and she will assist you in researching any discrepancies. The due date for payment of your July invoice is **Wednesday, July 11th. Please remember to clear any unsaved QSCs that can be viewed on your home page prior to the invoicing report distribution on the night of June 30th. You're Monthly Billing Statement and your Retroactive Adjustment reports will now be distributed to you in PDF file format. If you need assistance with this format, please contact Jody. MyOEBB will be shut-down from 8 pm Saturday night June 30th, until 8 am the following morning. This is necessary to run the volume of Invoicing Reports and ensure their accuracy.
