OEBB's Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Meeting Message-ID: Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers and Premium Contacts: OEBB will be resuming our Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Group webinar meetings with a new and improved schedule for 2012-13. Thanks to everyone who let us know what dates/times work best for you. ---------------------------------------------- What is the BIE Group? The purpose of the BIE Group is to facilitate improved communication between OEBB and participating educational entities. All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend either in person or via the iLinc webinar. Date: Mon, 26 Nov 2012 19:22:23 +0000 Subject: [OEBBpremiumcontact] December Premium reminder Message-ID: Good Afternoon, OEBB will be producing and distributing your December 2012 Excel Invoice Reports this Friday night, November 30th. You will find them in your Document Management section in MyOEBB the following Saturday morning, December 1st. We will send you the Monthly Billing Statement on Monday, December 3rd that will include the amount due for your December benefits, EAP Premiums, as well as any retroactive adjustments made in November. Jody Bowyer will distribute your Retroactive Adjustment Report at the member level so you'll have the detail supporting the amounts due. This "Retroactive Report" will be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB. If you do not agree with the amount billed please contact her and she will assist you in researching any discrepancies. The due date for payment of your December invoice is **Tuesday December 11th. Please remember to clear any unsaved enrollments and QSC's that can be viewed on your home page prior to the invoicing report distribution on the night of November 30th. You're Monthly Billing Statement and your Retroactive Adjustment reports will now be distributed to you in PDF file format. If you need assistance with this format, please contact Jody. MyOEBB will be shut-down from 8 pm Wednesday night October 31st, until 8 am the following morning. This is necessary to run the volume of Invoicing Reports and ensure their accuracy.
