All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend either in person or via the iLinc webinar. Typical agenda items include a recap of that month's board meeting, a walk-through of one or two reports in Report Mart, and updates on upcoming MyOEBB system modifications and member communications. Date: Tue, 26 Mar 2013 18:10:10 +0000 Subject: [OEBBpremiumcontact] April Premium remnder Message-ID: Good morning, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Justin Brown, one of our new OEBB accountants that will be assisting in the monthly billing process to the School Districts. OEBB will be producing and distributing your April 2013 Excel Invoice Reports this Sunday night, March 31st. You will find them in your Document Management section in MyOEBB the following Monday morning, April 1st. We will send you the Monthly Billing Statement on Monday, April 1st that will include the amount due for your April benefits, EAP Premiums, as well as any retroactive adjustments made in March. Jody Bowyer, or Justin Brown will distribute your Retroactive Adjustment Report at the member level so you'll have the detail supporting the amounts due. This "Retroactive Report" will be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB. If you do not agree with the amount billed please contact one of them and they will assist you in researching any discrepancies. The due date for payment of your April invoice is **Tuesday April 9th. Please remember to clear any unsaved enrollments and QSC's that can be viewed on your home page prior to the invoicing report distribution on the night of March 31st. You're Monthly Billing Statement and your Retroactive Adjustment reports will now be distributed to you in PDF file format. If you need assistance with this format, please contact Jody or Justin. MyOEBB will be shut-down from 8 pm Sunday night March 31st, until 8 am the following morning. This is necessary to run the volume of Invoicing Reports and ensure their accuracy.
