[OGIC] Executive Order 00-02 revision

OGIC Members:

At the last OGIC meeting, we reviewed the Executive Order revision presented by the Policy Advisory Committee.  A number of further revisions were requested.  I have made those changes and present the revised version here, with Track Changes turned on.  If that tool doesn't work for you, please let me know and I will find another way to get the information to those who need it.

Please let me know by close of business July 17 if this version is acceptable to move forward for Governor's signature.  Thanks!
