[OGIC] change to review materials for Jan. 19 OGIC meeting

When I posted the Review Materials<http://www.oregon.gov/geo/Pages/ogic_meetings.aspx> for the upcoming OGIC meeting, I mentioned that the draft GEO Policy Option Package might change.  The draft has been changed and I've posted the new version in place of the old one.  I highlighted the area where the change occurred.  A change was made in the staffing component, which changed the total amount requested.  Please review the new document prior to the meeting.  If you have questions, please contact me.
