[OGIC] April 27 OGIC meeting

Having heard from a majority of you, it appears that Friday, April 27 in the afternoon is the best date and time for the next quarterly OGIC meeting.

It was suggested that we set the time as Noon - 4:00pm, so unless I hear otherwise, that is what we will do this time.  We will provide sandwiches for lunch.  If you have any particular food requirements, please let me know.

We will meet in Salem again this time, but at the next meeting, I will propose a meeting schedule and locations for at least the following four meetings, so we can get meetings on our calendars.  We can discuss meeting in Portland on particular dates, and possibly in other locations on particular dates.
