Per my voice mail, attached is a 1 pager and copy of the legislation that Congressman Blumenauer is introducing to extend the 30% ITC for geothermal energy. We hope to get it included in a larger package of green energy legislation that the Ways and Means Committee is contemplating.

We should have a bill # soon (which is why the documents refer to HR___ right now). But please feel free to let your industry contacts know and I will send you the actual bill # as soon as it's been assigned.
