On April 29 and May 2, 2011, there is a REAP webinar being offered for public participation as noted in the FR link below.  Lines are limited to 200 participants and they must be registered by April 27, 2011.  Registrations will be on a first come, first serve basis.  Energy Coordinators are encouraged to participate as well, using the registration process.
