2. Trainings and Research on the Brain
Research about the brain and how the brain and environment (including relationships) is booming! Seems like every magazine, newspaper and journal you pick up is reporting new and fascinating discoveries - one of the most important for therapists is that relationships in fact wire and rewire the brain!

This is something that Interpersonal Neurobiology explores in depth.

Check out the next two classes - one coming up next week

Interpersonal Neurobiology Applications: Birth to Five
April 5 * 7, 2007 + online through May 19

Apply Interpersonal Neurobiology concepts to the infant, young child, and primary caregivers. Investigate attachment research, the development of regulatory capacities, the impact of trauma, and memory and language within the context of relationships.Interpersonal Neurobiology Applications: Mental Health and Addictions
May 3 * 5, 2007 + online through June 15

Discover how Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) enhances (and explains!) therapeutic bonding, empathy, memory, and attachment. Practice utilizing IPNB in therapy through: matching learning styles to therapeutic intervention, facilitating growth, and navigating setbacks in therapy. Read more in the attached flyer!

Please pass this on to any colleagues who might be interested! And check out the class on The Aging Brain coming this summer
