Hi all,

Currently in La Grande, we are having a difficult time moving our ER committee out of the idea phase and into the implementation phase. While we do have a workplan for this year a lot of the items include terms like, “identify, explore, determine.” Our committee is starting to lose steam because they are not really creating and developing. I am wondering if anyone can pass along tangible project ideas that seemed to work well with your ER committee?

If you prefer to respond just to me please see my below email address.

Thanks for your thoughts.
