3. Enterprise Facilitator Ad
Wallowa County Business Facilitation, a non-profit organization, is seeking
an Enterprise Facilitator to work with local entrepreneurs within the
framework of Enterprise FacilitationTM. The successful applicant will
provide one-on-one business coaching to new and expanding businesses in
Wallowa County, located in rural northeast Oregon.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and
networking skills, varied life and small-business experience, a willingness
to learn, empathy, and community mindedness. A successful Facilitator
supports the concept that intelligence, creativity, passion and skill exist
within our community. A local working board supports the position with
networking and fundraising.
This is a part-time contract position with hours that vary from 10 to 20 per
week. The contracted hourly rate may range from $20 to $30 per hour
depending on experience.
