Dear Sheri:

 

Good afternoon.  I am writing you today to ask for your assistance as a
supporter of the RARE program.  Every year the RARE program seeks to
find up to 30 communities to host RARE participants - today we began
recruiting rural Oregon communities.  In addition to sending our flyer
to our contacts across the state, we ask a number of statewide
organizations  to assist in our efforts and forward our flier to their
individual list-serves.   If possible, we would like you to aid in our
recruitment process.  Please forward the attached PDF flier to your
list-serve and copy me on the forward.
