[OMS_MANAGERS] EID Data

This question is for all of you that have EID's. Has anyone compared property values prior to the onset of your EID with property values after your EID has been in place? I am trying to get an EID in place in Downtown Hillsboro and I would like to be armed with some data. My public hearing is on Dec. 2nd. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks.
